About Jeremy Vorce
My career journey began in 2003, and since then, I have held various pivotal roles within the construction field. I started my journey with entrepreneurship, founding and managing my own construction company. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into business operations, project management, and client relations.
Early in my career I progressed through Superintendent roles, from Assistant Project Superintendent to Superintendent I and II. In these roles, I oversaw on-site construction activities, managed subcontractors, and ensured project adherence to safety and quality standards. As I advanced in my career, I transitioned into senior leadership positions, serving as Senior Superintendent and General Superintendent. In these roles, I led multi-disciplinary teams, implemented strategic project plans, and drove performance improvements across multiple projects.
Currently I hold roles in Field Operations and Operations Management, where I oversee all aspects of construction operations. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, team management, and client relations. I am committed to driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering collaborative work environments. Throughout my career, I have maintained a steadfast commitment to excellence, professionalism, and innovation. My extensive background uniquely positions me to effectively lead and manage construction operations across various project types and complexities.
